Job Description

Position Summary:
A Digital Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing client accounts, developing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of online campaigns. This role acts as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met while delivering excellent service and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of digital marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies to achieve client goals across various online platforms (e.g., social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing).
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients with detailed reports and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, analytics) to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage budgets and ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within the allocated budget.
• Provide recommendations for improving client campaigns based on performance data and market trends.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot client issues, offering solutions and ensuring swift resolution.
• Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and proactive account management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client expectations.
• Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create performance reports.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
