Job Description

Position Summary:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Madurai. You will be responsible for planning and managing digital campaigns to increase online visibility, drive traffic, and generate quality leads. This role involves working across key digital channels including Google Ads, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other ad platforms
• Optimize website and content for better SEO performance (on-page and off-page)
• Create and manage content for social media, blogs, emails, and landing pages
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and related tools
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
• Manage email marketing campaigns and maintain subscriber lists
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to create marketing assets
• Stay updated on the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications and Skills:

• Keen interest in digital marketing with a proactive approach to learning and staying updated
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite
• Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
• Good communication, analytical, and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects
• Should possess strong knowledge and proper hands-on experience in executing real digital marketing projects across various channels
